BREWards Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Barleycorn’s BREWards loyalty program (“BREWards,” “Program,” “Loyalty”) operated by Barleycorn’s and Barleycorn’s Brewhouse (“we,” “our,” “us”). By signing up for BREWards, using your account, or redeeming any reward, you agree to these Terms and to our general Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. About the BREWards Program

BREWards is our loyalty program for guests who want to earn points and unlock rewards when they dine with Barleycorn’s. Members earn points on eligible purchases and unlock milestone rewards along the way. The Program is for personal use only.

We may update, change, pause, or end the Program at any time. Any changes will apply going forward.

2. Eligibility

BREWards is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 16 years old.
The Program is designed for individual use and may not be used for commercial or group purchases.

3. Creating and Managing Your Account

To join BREWards, visit barleycorns.com/brewards or sign up in person. You must provide accurate information such as your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and preferred location. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

Guests may have only one active BREWards account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed and any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.

You may discontinue your participation in BREWards by deleting your Portillo’s account. If you delete your account any unredeemed Rewards are immediately forfeited and will be void (and any make-goods or other benefits in your account will also be void). If you have a question or want to delete your account, email marketing@oneholland.com for support. Alternatively, you may wish to participate in BREWards but choose not to receive BREWards communications (i.e. by clicking unsubscribe to cease receiving BREWards related electronic mail messages), or by contacting our Guest Services. If you are unsubscribed from Barleycorn’s communications, we will not be able to communicate to you that you may have earned a Reward.

4. Earning Points

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases:

Dine in
Takeout
Delivery ordered directly through our website
Orders placed while logged into your BREWards account or scanned at checkout

Fees, gift cards, and third-party delivery orders do not earn points.

Points appear in your account once payment is complete. Missed points may be reviewed, but we are not responsible for incomplete or missing scans.

5. Milestone Rewards

Points do not decrease when rewards are used. Your balance keeps growing, allowing you to continue unlocking new milestones.

Once you hit a milestone, the reward offer will appear in your account.

Milestones are as follows:

100 points – Offer for a free appetizer
250 points – Offer for a free burger or sandwich
450 points – Offer for a free entrée
750 points – Offer for a free t-shirt (while supplies last)
1,100 points – Offer for a free hat (while supplies last)

After 1,100 points, milestones may repeat, starting with a free appetizer (for an additional 100 points above the previous milestone) and ending with a free entrée (for an additional 200 points above the previous milestone).

Reward items may vary by location and are available while supplies last. Reward items and values may change at any time.

6. Point Expiration

Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned.

If you delete your account or the Program is discontinued, all unused points and unredeemed offers are void.

7. Reward Offers and Redemption

Milestone rewards are delivered to your account automatically. Each reward:

Must be redeemed before its expiration date
Can be used only one time
Cannot be replaced if lost, deleted, or expired
Cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or promotions
Has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or credit
Can only be redeemed at participating Barleycorn’s locations

Merchandise rewards depend on inventory available at that location.

Some rewards may require a minimum purchase to redeem. Alcohol and gift card purchases never count toward any minimum.

8. Non-Qualifying Purchases

Points are not earned on:

Third-party delivery orders
Catering orders
Gift card purchases
Fees

We may review and adjust point totals if we detect errors or misuse.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized account use or reward redemption. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us as soon as possible at marketing@oneholland.com.

10. Fraud, Abuse, or Misuse

We may suspend or close an account, revoke points, or remove rewards if we believe the Program is being misused, including but not limited to:

Creating duplicate accounts
Attempting to game point totals
Using false information
Any activity that violates these Terms

All decisions regarding Program administration are final.

11. Program Changes or Termination

We may change or end the BREWards Program at any time. This may include changing:

The point structure
The milestone levels
Which items are offered as rewards
How points are earned or redeemed

If the Program ends, all unused points and unredeemed rewards will expire immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

Barleycorn’s is not responsible for:

Technical issues that affect earning or redeeming points
Lost or expired rewards
Scanning or account errors
Delays, interruptions, or system outages

Your participation is at your own risk.

13. Special Promotions

In addition to Rewards, Barleycorn’s may from time to time, in our sole discretion and without obligation, make available to BREWards members the ability to earn additional Rewards, or special offers, sweepstakes, contests or other promotions in which BREWards members may earn prizes or other benefits. The terms and conditions or official rules applicable to any such special promotion, prize or benefit will be determined by Barleycorn’s and communicated to Participants in conjunction with such promotion.

14. BREWards Reward Terms

The following Rewards may be rewarded to you based on your participation in the program subject to all other Barleycorn’s BREWards Terms & Conditions above.

Free Wings upon signup: New BREWards members only (excludes auto-enrolled members). Prior to expiration, get 1 free order of regular wings (no add-ons). Cannot be combined w/any other offers or discounts. Limit 1 per account/household. If redeeming online, the offer is only valid through barleycorns.com. Not valid on third party delivery sites.

Free Appetizer: Prior to expiration, get 1 free order of any appetizer (as outlined in physical and online menus, no add-ons). Limit 1. Cannot be combined w/other offers. If redeeming online, the offer is only valid through barleycorns.com. Not valid on third party delivery sites.

Free Burger: Prior to expiration, get 1 free order of any burger (as outlined in physical and online menus, no add-ons). Limit 1. Cannot be combined w/other offers. If redeeming online, the offer is only valid through barleycorns.com. Not valid on third party delivery sites.

Free Sandwich: Prior to expiration, get 1 free order of any sandwich (as outlined in physical and online menus, no add-ons). Limit 1. Cannot be combined w/other offers. If redeeming online, the offer is only valid through barleycorns.com. Not valid on third party delivery sites.

Free Salad: Prior to expiration, get 1 free order of any salad (as outlined in physical and online menus, no add-ons). Limit 1. Cannot be combined w/other offers. If redeeming online, the offer is only valid through barleycorns.com. Not valid on third party delivery sites.
